Who is responsible

Your data is handled by the company that runs Echofama (its details are added to the legal notice before launch). Contact: hello@echofama.com.

What we collect, and why

When you request a free visibility check, we collect your website, your business name and type, what you do and where, your work email, and the competitor you name if you add one. We use them only to run your check, send you the report and reply to you. The legal basis is the request you make and the consent you give in the form.

To run the check, we look at your public website and at public search results and AI assistants' answers about your type of business. We never log in to any of your accounts.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't put tracking cookies on this site. Fonts are served from our own site, so your browser does not contact a third party to display them.

Where it is stored

The site and the requests sent through the form are hosted by Cloudflare. Our emails go through our mailbox provider. Both may process data outside your country, under their standard data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We delete a check request and the report 12 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client. For clients, we keep what the contract and invoicing rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to hello@echofama.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
